1. General
- All services and products provided by Affordable Fencing Gold Coast are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but all quotes issued remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Quotations & Orders
- Quotes provided are based on information supplied at the time and may be subject to change if project details are altered.
- Orders will only be processed upon acceptance of a formal quote and confirmation of the project scope.
3. Custom-Made Items & Non-Refundable Policy
Please note: Any custom-made fencing components, including gates, panels, posts, or other fabricated items, become non-refundable once the fabrication process has begun.
- This includes, but is not limited to, powder-coated items, cut-to-size products, or items made specifically to fit your measurements.
- By approving a quote or invoice involving custom parts, you acknowledge and accept that these items are made specifically for your project and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production commences.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit (as outlined in your quote) may be required prior to project commencement.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the job unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cancelled prior to fabrication or product dispatch may be eligible for a refund, minus any incurred costs.
- As outlined above, custom-made items are non-refundable once fabrication begins.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days.
6. Delivery & Installation
- We make every effort to meet agreed delivery and installation timeframes, however delays may occur due to weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure clear access to the installation site. Any additional costs incurred due to restricted access will be billed accordingly.
7. Warranty & Liability
- Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
- We warrant our materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified.
- This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Queensland.
