There are not enough words to express my deep gratitude for Dan and his amazing team. Organising a fence was extra complicated due to logistics (not standard fence build) and having to negotiate with an extremely difficult neighbour. It was absolutely stressful. However, Dan stuck it out with me! He guided me through numerous options/solutions, answered hundreds of my questions and most importantly he was kind. Dan's customer service is above and beyond. After struggling to get in touch with several other businesses, I liked that this business was very responsive. I was desperate to get some privacy and security, and had a limited budget, so it was also great finding someone who would allow delivery without install (however I would get install if your budget permits as it took several days to figure out where to dig holes, how to cut custom panels, and get it level). Even though I did not purchase install the owner was offering support over phone; they showed a genuine care for their customers.

Dan and the team at Affordable Fencing were great to deal with. They did an excellent job on my front fence, working with the terrain and slope of the land, to achieve a great outcome. Dan communicated well throughout the process (from quote to completion) and went above and beyond to ensure I has happy with the end product. I’m a very happy customer. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend Affordable Fencing to anyone requiring their services no matter how great or small.

New colorbond fence erected today and after pulling down old timber fence was completed by lunchtime.New fence looks great and the whole experience was excellent Highly recommend them for your fencing requirements.

I phoned Dan on Wednesday to organise a quote for a new fence.I explained to him that I had tenants moving in on the Friday and asked if he could squeeze me in on the Thursday. He said that if he was to come on the Thursday he would need to charge me $88 as he would need to do overtime but he could do Friday morning at 7am and that quote would be free. I agreed to Friday morning at 7am. I got a confirmation text on Wednesday and another on Thursday evening saying they would be there 7am. After working night shift I got up early and also had to wake my son up early and arrived at the property just before 7am. I waited 45 min and no one showed up so I ended up having to leave. I phoned 4 times in that 45 min period and there was no answer. It's now nearly 3 hours later and still nothing. Such poor customer service and a waste of my time. Zero stars !!

Just had my new fence installed by this company yesterday to say I was happy with the work Steve and Jackson did would be an understatement brilliant job. I got a new Colourbond fence installed by Affordable Fencing Gold Coast in December. They provided me a quote which was good value and then came on time on the day of the job and finished the fence by lunchtime. Excellent communication, Dan got back to us quickly with a quote over the Christmas break and worked around the rain to get our fence sorted…With the tornado we all experienced they sure did make this process stress free. Steve and Jackson did an excellent job and their workmanship was outstanding ..Affordable Fencing were very professional and pleasure to deal with from first enquiry to completion of job ..highly recommend

Asked for a quote, had them come out to take pictures, told I'd get a quote soon... 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a quote.
